I know from previous RA games, that my cheats also being activated on the enemy

for instance if i have intant build, so does the enemy.

i read on the ra3-readme.txt

Numpad 5: Instant Sidebar Powers - sidebar powers (Protocols) reset instantly.
This may not work for all sidepowers and your MEGA weapons may have to
power up at the start before this works for them. We tried very hard
to prevent the enemy from using this option.


so does this mean all the others cheats only work for me and not the enemy?
