When I try to start spore with the mod, it wouldn't run I've tried downloading it again but doesn't work so if anyone knows anything on how to solve it please let me know, thanks.

Im not sure if it work cause i dont use it but i think it may help if you told me what version your useing it may be because if you have your spore version 1.1 or above it may not work do to the fact the patch was not available at that time. and so forth it may only be compatable with the original retail version but im not quite sure 🤔 I hopre this helps

Heya, space event reducer author here.
Aye, it works only with 1.0, and my mod has been completely outdone by ricks mods. They are more compatable, work on save games, and should work with any version (tested up to 1.1). Here are the links, all kudos to rick (giddus)
