game still crashes on activation of the trainer. even after i renamed that whole file. hell i removed it and without the trainer it works fine, but when i activate it, boom, ctd

is there going to be a newer trainer for this game that fixes these issues ??

We can't fix anything until someone provides us with a savegame and instructions on how to replicate the issue every single time. We already spent an incredible amount of time releasing THREE separate trainers for THREE separate exes of this game. We can't continue to do that for every patch that comes out. Some people may just have to uninstall and go back to the original 1.0 and corresponding trainer.

Is there any way to enable your saved games after you change the .exe file name? I have XP updated to SP3, Retail Version of Fallout3. I really dont want to have to start from scratch and alt tabbing and leaving the error box doesnt work anymore with the new FO3 patch. Any ideas on how to enable my saved games again?

Well i can't update. and when i get the game to run. it runs fine without the trainer. Wheni run the trainer and press f1 its fine. when i press tab select a weapon, crashes. any clue.

don't use the super-weapon-option or the perfect-condition-option.

i never used the trainer, but i heared, that perfect condition seems to be buggy with certain kinds of weapons . . .

so how do i fix the part where i activate the trainer and it crashes. we need to fix that problem first

While I agree with your general assessment, some of us use steam and simply can't go back to the original version.
