Ive been using the mega trainer since it was released, I use every option except Save/Load/Reset Position. And have had 0 issues with it, All the options work properly, in the context that I never die, I never need to get more syringes, I never need to reload or pick up ammo, my weapons have never broken, my cars never need repaired etc etc.....
No worries m8 . I used it aswell before in good spirit and almost got a heartattack when i blow up a car run towards and and a bloke starts shooting at me when i thought there all toast lol . Nearly filled my pants
