I don't believe any more updates are needed to this trainer in order to "unlock" all perks, etc. This is a naturally progressive thing controlled by the games EXP mechanism. Trying to tamper with this is asking for serious issues.
Chris, don't bother updating this in regards to anything related to EXP and perks anymore. It's fine IMO.

after playing a bit, I would like to suggest the following:
1) adding a -1000xp for those who use cheat to up their stats(if you are 100 points in everything. please be aware that when you level up, you will get stuck[since you cant distribute your points @stats/skills])
2) weight set to "0" option for us pack rats
3) add perk points as suggested above
