This is not related to trainer. I can run the game fine untill the pointI black out and wake up in a small storage room, where game asks me to "press H to heal myself" (tutorial part yet)
I keep pressing H and nothing happens, the guy standing at the door doesn't blocks me when i try to get out.

Tried changing keys (H to any other) and still stuck...

Any ideas?

what he said ..... restart the game from the beginning and dont use trainer till the part where u have to go out and fix the car
