I can't believe it but I am at the beginning when you are supposed to grab those weapons and medkit. Well, I grab the weapons and message says to grab the medkit well it wont let me grab it until I hit H first. Well, doing that puts me at full health. Then it allows me to grab the medkit and then it tells me to hit H again but it won't do anything when I hit H because I'm at full health lol. I'm sure I'm missing something but if anyone has the quickie answer, please post. Thanks.

don't enable unlimited health or unlimited syringes until you can leave the house.
when you wake up you're supposed to press h to heal the critical state, which will put you at 2 bars, then grab syringes, and use one to get to full. if you use the health or syringe options before you finish that, it won't trigger properly.

Yeah found that out the hard way. Had to restart the whole bloody travel sequence all over again.

This is why i never use trainers unless i SERIOUSLLY need to. i mean the unlim health is a little fu***d up i mean if you enable it then disable it then get shot im apparntly at full health but it says i have none? LOL WTF!
