It will get solved guys, YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME
no it wont, your mom or xbl support cant do anything. also what did he change mine to?
IIRC, he followed a link for "free Microsoft points" and entered his XBL account information in at said site.
Then his Gamertag, now under control of whoever runs the phishing program at that site has been sending out bulk spam messages to all the people on his friends list.
This is the message: "message to all friends, i just got 20,000 microsoft points just from h1.ripway.com/microsoftpoints4free/ and this is LEGAL so try it out and in 24 hours or less you'll have more Microsoft points. enjoy yourself"
So yeah, if you get that message, don't believe it, don't go to that site, your account will be hacked etc, etc.
I'm always amazed that people fall for those tricks...but now I actually know people who fell for it? Wow.

Not really... you gave personal information to a scam website.
Not trying to sound harsh, but there's probably nothing you or Microsoft support can do.
Not likely pal, my mom told me that hey CAN trace this ******* in a couple days and get it back.
SO STOP TELLING ME THAT I CAN'T!
You guys always go negative on me.

Not to offend you or anything, but you probably won't get it back. Even if they can trace him, they probably won't. Microsoft isn't the most helpful company out there.

You are ALL WRONG
Reason why: my mom said she was on the phone with 3 people and said they can trace him and get me back online with my console ID and serial number.
To anyone who says that it won't work: You are wrong and will see why, so keep that in mind.
