he changed my name so i don't know the email or password but my mom will go on the phone and have a serious talk with MS I'll get hooked up with gamerscore and all that

What exactly is your mom going to say to them that will make them change it all back.. And I highly doubt a law suit will work or even happen

your new gamertag is "Itz iMethod" I know someone that hackes accounts back for people and host boots the hacker offline, but he charges MS points

wow your right it is him... Last seen 2 hours ago playing Castle Crashers, either he likes to actually play the accounts or he took over that fast

I have a solution.

- set up a new email account
- whilst offline, change your "Th3_FAIL3N_0N3" GT to something else
- hook up your 360 to XBL
- follow the steps to create the new account

You will need to get another XBL subscription and more MS points, but you get one month of Gold free. It's a temporary solution to a long-term problem.
