hey! i discovered that gta 4 to xbox 360 and ps3 have the dial phone numbers cheats but does the cheats works for pc? if it does that would be cool! i havent heard if it do so please tell

We will not know until the game is released, but if it's in the XBox360 and PS3 I would imagine it will be in the PC, too.

i'd say there's a 99% chance of those same cheats working.
R* always leaves the same cheats in just changes how you enter them. But this way it should be exactly the same.
