Does the creature creator come with the full game or do we have to buy it separately? 🤔

The CC is the creature editor alone. The full game is purchased separately.

So the full game doesn't have an inbuilt creature creator? Is sporepedia the only source to get new creatures then if you don't have the CC?

The creator is basically an extended demo of the full game. If you purchase the full game, and only the full game, you'll get all the creators (cell, creature, tribal, building, space, etc). However, if just want to tinker around with making creatures, they allow you to purchase the single creator alone.

My advice to you is to wait for Spore.It wouldn't be worth it just to create creatures and not be able to play them.

isn't the creature creator free now? i think i saw something on the spore website. but im not sure ~=)
its so fast it can do an infinite loop in thirty seconds!! =)
