Does anyone know when they going to fixed the bug in the pub games? Also has anyone heard if they are going to come down on anyone who used it to get mass amounts of money?

I read on IGN in their latest article that Peter is well aware of the glitch. "...you can bring in your money from Fable II Pub Games. You may even have used the well-known cheat to earn your dough. Just be warned. Molyneux has said that they are well aware of the cheat and that those who used it to earn their money will be in for a surprise."

Wonderful, I stopped at 1 million, Oh joy for my game.

I tried it it works. nothing happens. i loaded my guy with no money and played fine, loaded pub games played without patch offline and cheated, then loaded my guy with the money nothing changed but i was 30K richer. I dont think anything significant is going to happen about it.. to unload all patches just goto system settings memory, select hdd with y and press (X,X,LB,RB,X,X) then say yes. it removes all patches on all games... so forza 2 glitch works for mad cash, pub games works for mad cash, its a monney give away, just dont patch and play offline then when you got the credits you desire load the patch and you're good to go.

What are the pub game glitches? Just got the game and figured might as well get some extra money until they stop it.

It doesn't work as it has been patched

you can remove the pathces and load it up and save before the patch fixes the glitch. and use the money in game, ^__ is a noob I cheated after the patch and it works fine. just unload the patch by selecting memory in system options, and then press y on the hdd and type in code x x lb rb x x and say yes it removes all the patches

I used it to get around 350K gold. I went ahead and sync'd the characters and so far it has done nothing but give me tons of gold to buy all the houses with so...meh.
