I've been thinking about a game like that also, but every time I always come to one conclusion. It wouldn't work so well. I figured if there would a non Master Chief based Halo it could feature Sergeant Johnson as the playable character in his fight with the Covenant before the Spartan project was started. But every one of those stories has a bad ending, humanity gets it's ass kicked . . .

The Covenant wipe the floor with us, the only place we ever win is where the Master Chief fights. Even the operations with the other Spartans ended pretty damn bad. I don't think anyone would want to play Halo where the ending is you losing no matter what.

the unsc doesn't seem that reliable it's just master chief that basicly does all the good work

Well, when the Elites are several feet taller than you not to mention much faster and stronger, I wouldn't really expect any better.

And then there's the Brutes, which are like ten feet tall, weigh several metric tons, and have muscles like reinforced metal plates.

Even the Spartans have a tough time against aliens like that. Which is why out of the 33 there were, only one (Master Chief) survived.

when the elites join the humens they still do good and the humens still lose their battles..............not that i don't like the humens i try to save every person i find in danger

The humans just don't have enough good healthy soldiers to fight the huge numbers that the Covenant has. Just to fight a Brute, it would probably take like four or five humans (without the Master Chief), but the numbers are more like there are four or five Brutes for every human.

Otherwise, yes. A Sergeant Johnson based Halo game would be quite epic if put together the right way.

I hope to god they don't come out with another Halo game. Halo in my opinion, is trash. Bad graphics, stupid story, not a lot of online choices, you can't unlock anything, and that's pretty much it. Cod4 > Halo 3. BF:BC > Halo 3. R6V2 > Halo 3.
