Torchic is great for the elite for specially for the Dark Trainer and the Ice trainer, for the Ghost trainer get a pokemon good that could learn the move shadow ball, it should work great, and for the last person i forgot his pokemons but i think if you get a pokemon that knows an Ice move like ice beam would be great, for walace dont know exactly cuz he has a mix of types.
And your levels should be about 50, and a Rayquaza in your team should help a lot
