    Hey I'm in Cerulean City and I can't find this mysterious figure they say is lurking around. I know he's the key to finding the machine part but I can't find him and I've looked EVERYWHERE! This Gameboy Color Pokemon Gold Version by the way. Can someone PLEASE help me!

    The power plant. All of the cities will talk about how crap isn't working cause the power plant is down. U go to the power plant and they'll tell you an important part is missing and send you to find some mysterious figure lurking around Cerulean City. Problem is I can't find him!
