A game with the same style as Oblivion (big, free-roam), only its a FPS. A build-your-own gun option, where you completely customize your own weapon. It would be online enabled, allowing up to 50 people (because of map size) to face off in a bloody free-for-all fight for victory.
That's all I can think of right now.
Also, a completely customizable character.

Mines would be a mix of RTS and FPS, where you can view and command units on the map, and then zoom into any one of your soldiers and fight in the battle you just planned out. It would be a modern scenario, with modern weapons, cities, etc.
