Were do i find the friend bow, i heard that it raises the chance of recruiting legendaries

In some caves there will be keys, and sometimes inside there is a locked door, and when you use a key, it will open. You will find a Friend Bow in there once in awhile, but other than that, there is no set place for it.
There is a way all yu have to do is use a wondermail and go to the place and the friend bow will be the reward

umm, i don't really know what you just said (something about a computer? ) but when yo turn the game on and go to the menu, there's continue, delete, wondermail, and stuff like that right? so you don't choose "continue," you go down to "wondermail" instead and pick that one. then you input the wondermail code. like here, i have two more for friend bows:
