Go to steam my games list. Right click on half life 2-> propereties->set launch options-> type "-console" without "->start game->type sv_cheats 1 into console-> start game->press esc and type "god" into console without ". You will have godmode till you deactivate it even if you quit game and play later.
You can type into console impulse 101 to get all weapons
yes there is a way to get unlimited health but you have to know what you are doing to do it i would only recommend that you try it if you dont mind messing up the game if you want to know how to do it let me know
