i'd spawn a hornet in the area with the first AA wraith and at the beggining of the ARK, i'd spawn a scarab when the elites arrived on floodgate, and another on the island with the AA wraith on the covenant, and maybe 1 or 2 more when the 2 hornets come outside the citadel, just for cramped fun, i'd probably spawn elites and ODSTS and arm them, then get loads of hunters to fight in a small area, give them fuel rod guns and splasers and rocket launchers, hat wwould be cool...

i would put elephants in places never thought possible like "pit" , unfortuanatly the way your talking sounds like moding your 360... and that's just cheating unless you don't go online with it on multiplayer battles with your m8's.
i would also like to forge in campaign so i could put random vehicles everywhere yippy! try and get outa maps ya know.
id make a flying elephant in campaign or multiplayer maps so that i could fly all aroud inside it XD
Very first things I would do are spawn a Spartan Laser and Gravity Hammer. Then I'd get a Hornet and a few Elites and add MANY Grunts. I like killing Grunts

on AA wraiht island near tower 2 on the covenant, i would fill it with grunts, and i'd give myself a banshee so i could flyu down and make them jump of the edge, infact, i'd spawn grunts on all the island places

i nkow what alse i could do, in the bit before the 1st twer on the covenant, i would delete all enemies, fill it with brute cheiftans with hammers, spawn a transport hog and some ODST's and give them all spartan lasers, it would be crazy, and if in co-op, more hogs...
