If you take the deal and Roman dies at his wedding, you and Little Jacob go to the run down casino by the water in Alderney to get revenge. This is the same place as if you chose not to take the deal. The only difference is that of you did take the deal, both Dimitri and Pegarino are in the casino. Dimitri, being a backstabbing rat, shoots Pegarino and kills him. Then you chase Dimitri and kill him. At the end of it all, you end up by the Statue of Happiness. The chase to the statue and the gun battle once you're there are a little different.
