ok i have been trying to get a sm ruststone but it seems so hard.. i keep mining at volcano but i cant get it, any tips?

There are only two ways to obtain one of these items. The first is the faster
and easier method, so I prefer this method. The first method is to mine. Now
the only place you can mine is the volcano and the tower. The volcano is best
because you will have ascess to it much earlier than the tower. Rust Stones
you can mine the Gathering Hall 4 Star Volcano. If you're after Ancient
Stones you'll have to mine in a Gathering Hall 6 Star Volcano quest. The
other method of obtaining one of these stones is by killing/repeling a
Lao-Shan Lung. There should be one in the rewards. And the higher star the
beast the rarer the stone should be. Here is a list of the areas that can
mine an Ancient/Rust Stone.

can i get them, at village quest? the volcano gathering one?
or i must do the guild quest?

I Guild Hall quest would have better luck. Usuallly a gathering Rustone one in the Swamp or Volcano would be best. Then you'll get it in the rewards.

ok... den is there any dam easy way to get elder dragon blood?

Kill an Elder Dragon. Easiest is probably the Village Kusha.
