I chose to side with Dwayne and killed X.

Playboy X was a jerk and deserved to die. I couldn't kill a dude like Dwayne for him. Despite being a criminal and low-life, Dwayne was wronged by X and was somewhat of a sympathetic character.

The safehouse is OK, also.

Aw man! If I had known this I would have killed X instead. God damn it!
I would rather have had the safehouse than money anyday, now I am soo disapointed. This sucks, why the heck did I choose to kill Dwayne anyways!

I kind of felt that way when i killed that guy who was hanging from the roof. and then about two missions later I killed the guy who gave me the mission. I am still wondering what would have happened if i let the other guy live.

dwayne gives you the house and if you become good freinds with him he will give you some heavys to come and help you out in missions which is seriusly helpful

Kill Playboy X,you'll get his safehouse and you can call backup to Dwayne (Dwayne will send gangmembers to protect you)
