for the achievment roll 5 times or something, do they have to be in the air or something because wont it count as a crash if i hit the ground while in the car?
Go to the airport and get the 4 * wated level, then get max speed in a good car then flip on the yellow triangluar objects in the middle of runway after a few trys the cops should hit you in rotation adn flip you more. thats how i did this acheivement.

I got this yesterday with an ingame menu trainer off the GTAforums by getting a Blista,Teleing to the top of rotterdam tower,and driving off with godmode on!Did like 25 rolls
