    I saw this website and there was a peice of writing that sed about if you get ALL of the legendrys, cyinthia or watever is at lake verity saying she saw a red garydos. Is it true?

    You could catch a gyrados at any of the three lakes with the super rod. But the chances are slim in finding a shiny gyrados any time during the game. What are the odds folks, I am sure you folks know the answer to that.

    He's asking if some sort of special event is triggered when you collect all the legendary pokemon that allows you to catch a story-based red garydos (Like in pokemon G/S/C)

    Sorry to disappoint, but there is no such event in this game, the Cynthia rumor that you hear is just that, a rumor. Currently, the only was to catch a wild Red Garydos is to use a super rod and hope the pokemon you hook is both a Garydos and shiny. (I believe the chances of finding a wild shiny without chaining is around 1:8192)
