Im by the part where there is this bridge that you have to cross but then a huge shockwave breaks it into three pieces, i jumped onto the middle piece and used the gravity gun to shoot off the cars so that the bridge lifts up but every time i jump for the last piece i dont make it even when i sprint
Don't Knock the cars off the bridge. Instead move them to the one side (closest to where the car starts at) to keep the bridge elevate to give a better jump.
