You can obtain the dragonballs on any stage located on "earth" from any saga. Pretty much any earth stage that has large structures like buildings in the 3 city ruins stages, rocks in the dessert stage, you can get them from the saiyan saga the android saga, special saga. Just power dash by pressing X and L2 in the direction of any large objects. you may have to break several if not all the objects to find the dragonball so dont stop till you find it. it is easiest on thew easy difficulty because the opponent wont immediately follow you around. The dragonballs are also in a different boulder or building than it was before so dash throught hem all till you find it. If the opponent destroys some of the stryctures and you destroy the rest of them and you have not found the ball them the enemy has already destroyed the object it was hidden in and is not retrievable until the next time you enter the same saga battle. They will only be hidden in very large objects though like the rocks of the dessert and the buildings of the city the only earth stage i haven't found a dragonball is Kami's lookout. at least i havent yet. So look on all the earth stages and not just the particular ones mentioned. just like in the show they can be anywhere on EARTH except Kamis lookout cause that would be too easy. I do remember however in tenkaichi 1 there was a dragonball in Kamis lookout inside the building but that was probably changed.

Here is an update for my above response... You can also get the dragonballs at Kami's lookout when fighting Garlic Jr. in the special saga as well and the special saga 'Strongest in the world" against Dr. Wheelo. you need to quickly press R2 twice to hyper dash straight down and through the slabs of ice until you find it.
