the game crashes for no reason it suddenly shuts itself down(game is original) pls help thx in advance

If you could provide some more information, such as what you were doing when it crashed or when exactly it crashed, would allow people to help you better. For instance, were you playing it or had you just gotten it started and were at the main menu? Just telling someone that the game CTD'd is very vague and leaves much to the imagination.

You're not the only one; it also crashes for me and a lot of people. It crashes at launch. I asked Sega's support and also sent them my dxdiag file. They can't find why it crashes but said a new patch is coming soon and they hope it might fix whatever is crashing the game.

the game crashes suddenly for no reason i cannot even find time to login or smtg.
