yeah, excellent work. meanwhile, i found one bug - "instant buildings" and "instant upgrades" options doesn't work for me. more of it - they crash whole game. i've noticed it earlier when playing in demo version of SoulStorm and i got it again in retail version. "instant units" works fine though
Planetary Requisition works for the AI too. Used it once, played a match, came back to see every enemy territory was now level 10 difficulty due to having infinite Planetary Requisition.

i can check the planetary requisition option. perhaps i missed something. my code may be getting called during the 'end turn' phase, which i didn't check before-
Well I was just toying around with the old one and found that if you deactivated the Planetary Requisition function right after activating it, and before you end your turn, the AI won't benefit. Thats for the quick response however.
Any updates on a Wargear cheat?

I downloaded the file and placed it in the directory as always. Then I try to start it and Vista tells me that a problem has occured and that I am not able to use it and it closes?
Does anyone else have any issues with the use of the trainer in Vista?
All my other games and trainers work... Help and thanks...
