At the moment im lucky to be testing out Virgin's 50mb line. Sucks quite a bit at the moment, but im sure that will improve in time.

Only 2mb upload though.

My Internet speed test results are,
Download Speed: 18.89 Mbps
Upload Speed:0.795 Mbps.

Hmm. This was an old thread but ok. Here's the deal. My nephew is with this cable co. and he gets 10mbps. My service with them is 40mbps. Our buddy about 30 miles away has them at 90mbps.

My nephew and I play some games co-op together. Then we play online with the friend. Watching each other in games, neither of us can tell by looking who has the fastest speed and who has the slowest. From 10mbps to 90mbps and there's no difference gaming that we can see.

They're constantly after us to upgrade, upgrade, upgrade. Add tv, add phone, go faster ... ARRGGGHHH.

Now they're saying they will be going to 120 and 150mbps.

We're all convinced that they dumb down the speeds. Whenever we check speeds, it usually shows us the number we're subscribed for, 10-40-or 90. But we can't tell which of us has what speed in games.

20mbs line

Upload is only 2mb which is alright. Since I dont really do streaming but when uploading LP's it can be a pain.

Download depending on where can hit 20mbs.

Steam now gives me 6mbs

Origin will give me the full 20mbs. Surprising eh.

Most sites I us will give me about 10mbs to 16mbs on downloading.

Torrenting the humble bundle purchases will give me 2mbs download. I just prefer that way for my Humble Bundle. I know weird.

But you get steam keys!
