That allways happens out of nowhere and it happens really bad when i go to other community lots..is there some way to fix it without re-doing everything and loosing my people? Its really annoying me! HELP

i'm not really that great with tech stuff...so all i can suggest is getting your computer upgraded so it can handle all the graphics and such..
but really...that is really weird!

How would I upgrade it? I dont think its the computer anyways, im pretty sure its the game cuz this labtop is brand new n i just cant see how it couldnt handle it.
