A. get a pokemon that can learn how do dig without an tm cause i used it on one of my azumaril and i accidentaly got rid of it cause i wanted to teach it a contest move

A. You can learn dig by 3 ways in Emerald: 1- By letting Nincada reach Lv. 45 2- By letting Trapinch reach Lv. 41 3- Get a Smeargle and go and fight a triner who has a pokemon and knows the move dig,there is a trainer in route 111 (desert),the one that is running around a big rock,he'll have a Sandslash i think,so after he uses the move dig(after he hits you in the second turn),use sketch and now your smeargle can use dig.
B. Fiery path,but its very rare(1% chance to find)

can i use a white flute to atract more pokemon in the lava cave to increase the chanses? cause thats what i used to catch that sea rock pokemon thingy.
