OK got the latest trainer and i need to know where to put it. it would be nice to have some instructions on the 1 billion dollars

I don't recall that you didn't have to put it anywhere specific, just so you know where it is. Run the trainer, and start the game, then press hotkeys.

For the 1 billion simoleans thing, start the game (with the trainer running too), go to a region, load the map, press Ctrl+X (which should open a command box at the top left of your screen), and type in 'weaknesspays' (without the ' and ') and enter. It should work, though for some reason, it isn't working for me.

you got it wrong. if i remember roght the weaknespays or have you spell it gives you 1000 not 1 bilion.

doesnt the trainer make the weaknesspays cheat give 1 billion instead of 1000?

It should, but it doesn't, probably due to a coding error. I've always found the trainers from Imersion to be reliable.

I used to play SimCity all the time and loved my trainer
Started playin again couldnt remember trainer name, but after checking 20+ forums all coming to same result as here (not working) i finally found it again!
This trainer will guarenteed not only work on mostly all your Sim City versions it will also work on other games.

It can be a little tricky so here's the breakdown...
1. Download and install Art-Money Link
2. Once installed wherever, dont run it yet, start SimCity.
3. Load up your region, spend some money so you have a weird money amount. (i.e. 238,052) Pause the game, (Alt-Tab)Drop to Windows.
4. Run Art-Money, once at the main window, below the 5 main buttons there is a long dropdown box, "Select Process", click the down arrow and select the running game process.
5. Once selected click the Search button, the only thing you need to enter in the search is the Value, which is the money value we paused at. (i.e. 238052) (do not include the comma)
6. Run the search, (given you paused with odd random amount of money) you should end up with 3 results. 2 of the 3 results will have similar Address codes.
7. Click each of the similar Address code lines and then the Red Arrow so both are now in the right-hand box.
8. Now in the right-hand box doubleclick the money value and enter your new value. Do it for both.
9. To save this change do not click save. Instead look at the right-hand box where we changed the values. Above the rows is the title 'Value', three colomns to the left is the title 'F'.
Both boxes under 'F' for our 2 Address codes are empty. Click them so they both now have an 'x' in them. Done!
10. Return to your game window and unpause!

I suggest someone copy this and repost it since i probably wont be back and posts by me may be removed with the account????
