you need to invite the head master round and cook him dinner and schmooze him but make sure the schmoozings and the food and entertaining him gets to over 90points b4 he goes other wise its a waste of food and a waste of ur sims precious time lol

do you need charisma skills to get good schmoozing points, coz my sims couldn't schmooze too good

i find that when your house scores big points its way easier than if your sim lives in a dump. I also find it odd that the bathroom always gets 10 pts, if it is clean that is!
