The story is amazing, the first time I played it felt like it would never end. That's what a good game should feel like. The story in HALO CE was good because it was something new, the Covenant . . . and the Flood especially . . . were totally new and exciting at the time. If you get over that, the storyline was nothing but kill, kill, kill. Halo 2 was hated for playing as the Arbiter and the Cliffhanger ending but it was a good game as far as the storyline goes. It went beyond just killing things. The new features in Halo 3 like the equipment and turrets add a lot to the game, I personally think this is the best Halo so far.

So. Halo 3 is the best game out of the Halo series. Has the best multiplayer, best graphics, best weapons, most and best features but the storyline can be argued with Halo CE....personally I didn't like Halo 2's storyline THAT much...especially the ending.

Great game, but to tell you the truth, imo, it gets boring after awhile. Even the online does with, as stated before, the preteen nerds get annoying. If you have a 360 def. get it.
