Where can the new version of the launchers be downloaded?
Like the 1.43.25.4015 (DX9) or the 1.40.25.4015 (DX9)? I can't find these anywhere.

You have to patch the game. It should auto-patch. =] If not I'm sure you cna find it at the official site.

I found a message that PWizard posted to someone else...

downloads.hellgatelondon.com/patches/launcher/LauncherQuickPatcher.exe

...but that only got me up to 1.37.25.4015. Anyone know of a link to get me up to at least 1.40.25.4015 or even better 1.43?

Sounds like you have the SEA version, is that correct? I think that's the newest version and none of the trainers are written for it. We've been unable to obtain a copy of this version of the game in order to train it.

Is there any way to tell if this is the SEA version? I have gotten the DX9 (32-bit) version trainer to work on it. Are you guys going to be updating that version with the added features, like in 1.40/1.43? Where we can take away experience? I'm at level 49 and my previous character stopped adding experience at that point.
