WHERE IS SIEDFRIED IN TRADE QUATERS?

i finished the quest in the swamp by helping the order defeat the scoatels(squirrels) and now order likes me blah blah blah.... i am now on chapter 3 also, and can go to trade quarters on vizima, now how can i find siegfried???

You can find him in the temple quarter, in front of order of the flaming rose building/temple
