PC, maybe, but for the 360 I manage just fine with the controller.

Come to think of it, why not purchasing the Xbox 360 controller for Windows? I use it for Halo PC - it beats a mouse and keyboard any single day of the week.

for an experienced xbox controller player that would be a piece of cake...but as i'm used only to pcs...well it'll get some time to get used to

but i'd rather buy a whole xbox 360 cos at least i can always play a brand new 2007-2008 game with all graphics at high or very high at high frame rate instead of always upgrading my pc for each game

and i think it's even cheaper to get an xbox 360 which you said it has tons of games which some aren't even available to pcs than to upgrade your pc for each game that it's released

Indeed. New PC hardware is released every other month, whereas a console lasts for half a decade, with free updates coming in from the net every few months or so. It's the smarter option.

    Oh, and 100 pages! Woo!

if people like this board...and also being a general game discussion board...ppl can post whatever is related to the game and there you have a 100-pages board

anyone can make such boards and be populated

as for the pc idea...my new pc (which it isn't that new) i call it to be kind of old although it has dual proccessors of 2.11 ghz, 2 gb of ram, and an ASUS graphic card of 256 mb

and i can say that carbon at max graphics looks more horrible on this new card than on my old fx5200 of 128 mb...this card looks as it would be better for movie quality than game graphics...and changing the graphic card? well my bail hasn't expired yet and i would like to keep it until it expires...i bought this pc in september last year so it's not that old

Maybe the shader model on your ASUS graphic card is older than the FX5200....

This is why I don't even mess with gaming on computers. The graphics are constantly surpassing what computers can handle and sometimes newer things are worse than older hardware. With consoles you're guaranteed that the games will work and you never have to buy new things to make sure they do.

that'll be something to be keyboards with mice for the 360 and ps3

so you can also play shooters more easy...i heard that 360 and ps3 players don't like playing shooters cos it's hard to shoot the opponent with the controller

I've never heard of people complaining about that. It is a bit harder to aim with a controller but with computers, the mouse can get choppy if your computer can't really respond too quick. Consoles don't get choppy. The thing about controllers is that all the buttons are close to each other but on a keyboard the buttons are all over the place. With a controller you can use different controls very quickly, not so much with keyboards.

Halo PC never gets choppy on mine, but maybe that's cause it's a 7-year-old game and I have a relatively new computer.

And also, 360s lag ALL the ****ing time online. It gets really annoying after a while - takes me around 20 minutes just to connect to a decent match on ProStreet.
