Just the allies? It effects the enemy as well.

Any way to fix it?

make a video of it working for the enemy and i'll believe it. i tested that trainer more than most. i will agree that if you are on the same team as an ally, the trainer works for them as well. there is a slight difference in coding from forged alliance to the original supreme commander that makes it impossible to not include allies in the old way that it did.
