The game crashes during the loading screen on entering the Arcadia Level (after opening the submarine explodes, opening the door to the Arcadia level)

Anybody experience this? Got any saved game after loading the Arcadia Level?

Not sure if its the cheats or trainer? Is there a way i could zero out money and adams?

Many ppl got this problem and the solutions (if there are any working for you) are different.

If you dont use the nodvd Version then switching to dx9 mode (bioshock.exe -dx9) and disabling the high model shaders might help.

If you use the nodvd exe then there is no solution except one. Switch to the original exe and put your DVD in OR use a proper mini image with Yasu 1.4.7080.


I had the same problem and it worked.


btw a simple savegame wouldnt help as the game crashes everytime you load the map
