just give him so many of the things that raise special def until u cant give him anymore. raise him a level, and do it again.(if u cant still then level him up one more level and try again.)

well ive already maxed out his special def, well it went up as much as its going to by ev training, on one level up his spef def went up by like 10 or 11 i cant reminber
