I have problem with killing the kikimora queen.... after the fight with doctor Geralt falls into the cave with the queen. At the beginning I'm going straight and using aard sign on 3 floor slabes so the queen can't go any further. But what should I do next when I'm in the big cave ? I can see some rocks under the celling but how to move them (if it's necessary) ?

The key is to run straight through the large cave as quick as possible, ignoring all the workers, soldiers, and the queen. You can't defeat the queen in combat, and if you try to kill the swarming workers and soldiers the queen will attack from behind, knock you to the ground, and deliver a fatal deathblow (the only enemy I encountered in the game that does so, although apparently there are a couple of others that will attempt this as well). Before you get to the other side, hit one of the wooden support posts with the Aard Sign. This will start a cave-in - you have about 30 seconds to get clear. Once you reach the tunnel on the other side the roof will collapse on the queen, killing her. Now you can go back and loot her corpse.

You actually have to destroy several wooden supports as you run to the exit, not just the first one.

As the previous poster said, avoid the workers and any other mobs that are there, just use the wind sign and blow down the wooden support beams.

What chapter is this in? I guess I have a few more ways to go before getting here...

Run past the first set of beams, but level the second set and stop. The queen won't attack until an invisible line has been crossed just past the third set of beams when the room opens up.the corpse can looted at leisure and the kikimores can be obliterated for some extra experience.Once their ranks have been con siderably thinned,head past the set of beams and go to the right.When the queen comes into the main hall, let an aard or two go and then either roll back or turn and run back the tunnel a bitt till ceiling collaps on top of her.It won't actually come down until just before she reaches the tunnel.Loot her body and head up the path and chapter 4.
