Ya , but your really just prolonging it. just go with a thunder attribute weapon with alot of affinity to go with it. I used dragon bow solar with like 30% affinity Thats going to hurt like theres no tomorrow.

elder dragon quests r there sometimes and sometimes they arent theres another 1 called the elder dragon of wind its in the jungle to answer that other question yeah rathian armour is fine and devil slicer is a good choice unless u can get a dragon attribute weapon
