I don't know when to press the activation buttons for my codes on action replay for ds on pokemon pearl (i.e. "select+L", etc.). I keep trying it at every screen but it's not working. Someone help please. Thanks.

there are certain ones it should come with instructions. for some, u don't have to do anything, for others u have to hold select in the grass, etc.

It doesn't tell about it. What do you do to activate certain codes that require certain buttons to be pressed? Is there a certain time that you do it that is supposed to work?

For some reason When I did the 999 Master Balls cheat, the Master Balls appeared in the berries slot.
