I notice in the wic.exe that there could be some cheats. One i found was SetPlayerUnitInvulnerable and if you put this in the search it will take you down to this and you will find other cheats.
If they are cheats i don't know how to activated it. So maybe someone can confirm if they are cheats and how to activate them.

I think it's more of a campaign trigger than a cheat, but I don't know.
Edit: Assuming the AI could be counted as a player. Who knows.
