Is this happening to my game becuase of action replay or my game is being corrupter??
well this is what happened. as soon as i got out of the gts station I used my bike and my figure turned into a black box for a few seconds,and once i was just making cirlces around this dude in solecean town and all the sudden his color changes i think he bookbag was green and it changed blue. i dont remember what color it was but it was one of em.

You must have gotten a bad hack, bad hacks can mess up your game pretty badly.

idk what's wrong w/ my game. i dont even kno if it's my game or the actual ds that's ruined. but now i can't use wifi anymore!!! and i had a munchlax up 4 a palkia in the gts, and it's been ~4 weeks or so since i put it up, and now im never gonna get my palkia!!!! no idea if it's cuz my ds might've been dropped, or exposed to water, or whatever.

Check the router, if the green light isn't blinking then it is probably over heated or can't sent a signal for some reason (I have mine hanging next to my PC because of this).
I've never gotten the reason for putting a normal pokemon up for a great one.
