Here's the readme on the options:
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu. Listen for "Activated".
Press desired option key
Options -------
Numpad 1- Make Resources Unlimited
Numpad 2- Make Power Unlimited
Numpad 3- Remove Squad Cap
Numpad 4- Remove Vehicle Cap
Numpad 5- Activate Menu for Fog Of War option. You can then Press the FOW button and then it's best to deactivate this for the remainder of the match.

The trainer works for the computer as well, it seems. At least it seemed to when I was on Mission 4 of the Order Campaign, where I suddenly had an unending mass of enemy infantry and vehicles coming at me. It was actually kind of funny now that I think about it. Other than that, this trainer is great. It works very smoothly with the game, and on other maps (i.e. skirmishes or Mission 3) it makes things a lot of fun, or interesting at the very least. With this and other trainers I've been able to get I've been very happy with my decision to go with an unlimited account.
I unfortunately second that it works for the computer as well, also tried it on the order campaign (the mission where you're supposed to play as both or either of the two good teams (Imperial Guard or Eldar if you didn't know ^^) and transport a thingy (Titan Crew for the Guardsmen and Soul Stone for the Eldar). The ork's had about 10 Leman Russ' and at least 12 Killa Kan's, and the Chaos bastards had tons of Obliterator squads (surely 10) and double the amount of Chaos Marines.)
Saddened me a bit, I've always wanted to beat that mission as Guardsmen, but never succeeded. ^^ Really hope to see an update that fixes it, as it is a really good game.
