What you should have done first was read the readme that comes with the trainers downloaded from THIS site, not the one that you evidently downloaded from some torrent site or elsewhere. Because we have a very clear warning in the readme regarding this issue.
The second thing you should have done was read the 5 other topics that cover this very problem on these boards.
And finally, the last thing you should have done was download one of the two savegames we have on the site for this very situation.

Hi darack009, did U already overcome the problem? If not then launch bioshock and load the auto save of olympus heights. It should start the olympus heights mission from the beginning, now run the mega trainer but never ever activate the 3rd option in the trainer i.e "Numpad 3 : Unlimited Refills of Life/ Eve/ Ammo". U can activate all other options of the trainer. Play the level & get the 1st "lot 192", after that go to apollo square & get the 2nd "lot 192". I think this should solve ur problem, at least it worked for me.....
