i tried out the mega trainer and it seems that on the stage where you need to find the lot 192 you cannot pick it up making you stuck on that stage, when you try to pick it up you get"you cannot carry any more items: LOT 192"
anybody know a way around this?

Clearly states:

WARNING: Disable the trainer before the Lot 192 mission and also the Proving Grounds (in Big Daddy form) or certain scripted events may not occur and the game will not be able to progress.
