How does it work?
The CHUUL consists of 6 Divisions with 16 Users in each division.
Division I contains the most popular Users, Division II the next most popular, and so on.
A Season is complete when each User has faced every other user in the Division once.
At the end of each season, the Top 3 Users in each Division move up a Division to replace the Bottom 3 Users from that Division. In Division I, you are unable to move up.
For example, say you finished between 1st-2nd in Division II, you would move up to Division I for the next season.
On the other hand, if you finished between 15th-16th in Division II, you would move down to Division III for the next season.
There are also three spots in the Green (4th-6th) and Orange (11th-14th) which are users that could be dropped down a division or move up if I see a need to put new users up higher.
Also at the end of each season there will be the CHUUL Cup. The CHUUL Cup will consist of 13 users from Division I, 11 from Division II, 9 from Division III, and so on to make up 48 users. It is a single elimination tournament with 16 byes awarded.
A Best of the Rest bracket is also made for the users who failed to make the Cup.
Finally, at the end of each season, the bottom three Users from Division VI will be replaced with 3 new Users.
Also, any users that do not contribute in any way, shape, or form throughout the season will be removed for that reason season to make room for more new users. Users who are also banned, decide to quit, or nag the staff are removed.
Rules
There is no vote rallying. In other words, you can not advertise on other boards, or send people e-mails, trying to get them to vote for you.
Do not vote with multiple accounts. It is not fair to have voted 5 times, while everyone else votes only once.
Do NOT send me e-mails, begging me to move you up a division. You'll go at your own pace. Up to 6 users can be promoted at a time. If you don't make the cut, better luck next season.
Don't ever flame other users, or flame the mods. They're here to make this contest better. If I find some users misbehaving, moderators are here to take care of them.
Don't feel bad if you've done bad a season or two. This is supposed to be fun. Online popularity isn't that important.
Voting Instructions
Copy the matches and delete the user you don't want to vote for. I use Excel to tabulate the results so this makes it easier. Failure to do so will result in your votes not being counted!
* You may only vote once on each match. No alt voting.
* No Vote Rallying.
* Matches last until 9 pm EST, or 24 hours, whichever comes later. In other words, there will always be at least 24 hours for matches. Late votes will not be counted. Votes at 9:00:00 p.m. will be counted.
* All Users from the General Discussions Board, even those not in the CHUUL, are allowed to vote.
* Vote for yourself! Consider it your point for voting.
* HAVE FUN! This is supposed to be fun. Don't take it personally. Is online popularity really that important?
Analysis Team
An analysis team is a group of users who volunteered to do such work. It's quite a neat job, as users go in-depth with the standings of the Divisions they have been selected to do.

F.A.Q
Q: What is the CHUUL?
A: Simply put; a for-fun user competition where 96 users in 6 divisions battle it out in one-on-one match-ups for the crown.
Q: How long do you expect to run the CHUUL?
A: As long as there is a good number of participants, and as long as it follows the TOS, I intend to run it as long as I can.
Q: When can I join?
A: At the end of the 15 days of normal matches, sign-ups will begin for the next season. You may sign-up in the Official Sign-Up topic.
Q: I was removed from the CHUUL. Why?
A: You either didn't follow the rules listed in this topic, or you were banned by the CHU staff. Be sure to read the rules more carefully.
Q: If I was removed from the CHUUL, can I still re-join?
A: If we've made sure you're following all the rules, then yes, you may re-join. However, you may never re-join if you have been banned before.
Q: What is the CHUUL Cup?
A: The CHUUL is the tournament starting after Day 15. It is composed of best-performing 48 users; 13 from I, 11 from II, 9 from III, 7 from IV, 5 from V, and 3 from VI. 16 of the top-performers will receive byes; the remaining 32 will face off in the first round. In the 2nd round, the 16 byes will take the places of the 16 defeated users, and the regular matches begin. The last user standing is determined to be champion of that season.
Q: What is the CHUUL Best of the Rest?
A: The best of the rest is like the cup, only it is composed of the 48 who didn't make the cup. Whoever wins this contest is determined the best of the rest.
Q: When will the new season start?
A: Aww, suck it up. I'm very busy, and I can only get things running so fast. If you're so impatient, you shouldn't have joined in the first place. It comes when it comes.
If there are anymore F.A.Q, mods, feel free to add
