Anyone know of a way to change your Faction Leaders age?

No, there isn't a way, modding or otherwise. There is, however, a way to change what is considered "old age", and involved modifying and extracting game files. It's more trouble than it's worth, really, unless you're going to modify a lot more than just old age.
If you really want to do it, I'll teach you how. Google and find the mod tools, extract the 8+ gigs of data from the archive files, and PM me. If you can't get that far, no offense, but I'm really not in the mood to explain.
